Special Exhibition

The pottery studio Lehm & Lehm lassen

The pottery studio Lehm & Lehm lassen was founded in 1977 in Frauenau at the initiative of Erwin Eisch.

The studio, which was professionally equipped by the Valentin Eisch glassworks, was to be a project of self-expression, the name of which – a wordplay on the phrase meaning “live and let live” – summed up the whole philosophy behind it.

This is a small presentation of objects made by the pottery group, which at that time was made up of children and teenagers, and the studio leaders, Robert Strini and Peter Kobbe.

The exhibition centres on imaginative puppet figures.
